407 ETR Expands Internal Communications with Audience™

Capital Networks Limited is excited to share the successful deployment of our Audience™ digital signage platform at the Woodbridge head office of 407 ETR, Ontario’s all-electronic toll highway. The new deployment is purpose-built to enhance internal communication, improve employee engagement, and streamline messaging across the organization.

Working alongside our integration partner Blue Fysh, 407 ETR implemented a secure, full-scale signage network powered by Audience™ CMS, hosted in a Microsoft Azure environment to address both IT security standards and scalability requirements.

The deployment includes:
• 11 Android OS-based IAdea media players powering content across six new 55” displays and five pre-existing screens.
• A multizone screen layout featuring:
 o A primary content zone for scheduled videos and graphics.
 o A poster-style sidebar for social messaging and real-time weather updates.
 o A “Message” banner used by staff to publish timely internal announcements.
 o A QR-code-enabled “Info” zone inviting live feedback from viewers.

Flexible and efficient, the Audience™ CMS enables organizations like 407 ETR to control content access, automate updates, and publish dynamic messaging from multiple departments—ensuring consistent and effective communication across teams. The platform’s scalable design also supports future expansion, allowing the network to easily grow alongside the organization’s evolving communication needs.
