The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) remains one of the largest and most prestigious public film festivals in the world — and Markham at the Movies, a dedicated non-profit group, is back for its 13th season, bringing a curated selection of award-winning TIFF films to an enthusiastic Markham audience.
Run entirely by volunteer film lovers, Markham at the Movies transforms the stage of the Flato Markham Theatre into a cinematic showcase, offering locals one of the city’s “best kept secrets” for an evening of compelling, thought-provoking entertainment.
