Capital Networks was successful in winning an RFP with the City of Hamilton for their municipal digital signage network and the first phases have been successfully installed and launched.
Interestingly, the City of Hamilton started their deployment with a number of employee facing digital signage screens for internal messaging. In addition to receiving corporate wide content, each department is able to create, post and manage their own messages within Audience.billboard browser based interface.
The City of Hamilton launched their enterprise based solution with the Audience™ platform for its flexibilty in configuration and have already expanded their internal communications deployment to include outdoor LED marquees and public facing digital signage monitors.
The continued expansion of the digital signage environment will include the automation of more KPI’s, presentation of live weather radar images and emergency messaging integration.
