Audience™ digital signage deployed at NAIT

NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) has implemented a multi-site Information Display system using
the Audience™ platform supplied and installed by Matrix Video Communications Corp. The service was launched at three metro Edmonton campuses in September 2008. Matrix Video Communication Corp., based in Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon and Vancouver was closely involved in all stages
of the project including content design, training, and custom
installation requirements.

The system consists of a network of LCD displays each with location-specific players that are connected by IP. Messages and information can be shared across the network or addressed to specific locations as required. A variety of content including course information is displayed. Several of NAIT's academic schools and administrative departments use web-based Audience.billboard to submit content to a system administrator for approval and distribution on the network.

NAIT is a leader in technical training and applied education with campuses in the Edmonton Capital Region, Fairview, Grande Prairie, High Level, and Peace River as well as provides training in many international locations.
