University of Waterloo Chooses Audience for Campus Digital Signage
The University of Waterloo, Federation of Students and Student Life Management Board has recently purchased an Audience digital signage system for a new campus communications service.
The service, dubbed Campus Vision, is displayed in the Student Life Centre, an open 24/7 meeting centre for all University of Waterloo students.
Over 100 university departments and over 100 student organizations will have access to Campus Vision as a vital new form of campus communication with the student body.
The Audience software platform is responsible for the creation and management of content for the show which will provide a variety of campus and community news to University of Waterloo students and staff.
The turn-key Audience digital signage system, installation services, training and support were supplied by Authorized Audience Reseller, Edcom Multimedia of Kitchener, Ontario.
The new service will trial launch on August 1 and go into regular service for September 1, 2006.
