Hello, i have recently taken over our audience program and it runs an Apache server. I need help with configuring it. I cant start the server because it says the ip address cant be used.

I have no idea what to do here, but i could figure it out with guidance.

There should be very little to configure to get this working properly. Normally running the installer and choosing the default entries should do the trick.

The same thing goes for Billboard and Web.

I would run the audience installer and reinstall these 3 modules by right clicking on them and choosing force upgrade. Do the apache first.

Make sure there are no other installs of apache installed on the system.

Once everything is re-installed click on the File menu of Audience and choose Audience.web Settings. There will be a check box that says Default playback. Check this box and it will make your current playback in audience the default.

You should now be able to choose Audience.web or Audience.billboard from the Digimation menu found in the Start menu of XP.
