We just got a brand new system to replace our 6 year old system. We are now running v3.5 (we had v3.3 before). I am in the process of trying to move all the content from the old machine onto the new one and am having problems with a certain Audience.data configuration. The data configuration reads an xml file and creates pages based on the data and then uses a PageNameModifier to change the name of the page and a DateRangeModifier to set the Date Range for the page. This used to work perfectly on our old system. But now, one of the problems I am having is that when the page is created, I am getting two Date Ranges set for each page. The DateRangeModifier creates the proper Date Range, but there is also a second Date Range created for each page that is set according to whatever I chose during the Data Config setup when asked about the life of the pages. I want the life of the pages to only be set based on the DateRangeModifier. Does this make sense? I can provide more details if I need to. Please help.

Anybody have any thoughts on this? I read in the Audience 3.5 User Guide that the Date Range Modifier will override the date range set in the Life of Pages screen. But that is not what I am seeing. I am seeing two dates being created, one that matches what was selected in the Life of Pages and the other set according to the Date Range Modifier. Please help.

I found a solution that works for this on a post from 2008. If anyone else has this problem, see the solution here: http://www.capitalnetworks.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=16116&#Post16116
